Michael Keaton was an American actor, producer, and director famous for his role as the lead of Birdman. The versatile actor is equally proficient in both comedy and dramatic. Apart from playing characters with romantic appeal, he was a part of action films and thrillers. In his teenage years the actor developed an appreciation for acting and performance. Then, he tried comedy stand-up in his teens. While his stand-up comedy venture was not successful but it laid the groundwork to his acting career. To be successful as a comedian He was offered a position in the role of a cameraman with the local cable TV station. While working at the station, it was when he came to the realization that the way he wanted to work was present in front of cameras. He was then offered a television role, appearing in several seasons of Mister Rogers Neighborhood. He was a natural actor and was quickly a hit on TV. His comedic characters brought him fame and he began a career as a filmmaker with high ambitions. Additional recognition was received by his portrayal of Batman's famous superhero from Tim Burton's Batman. As time passed, he began his career as an actress and began doing productions and even directing films. In 2014, his performance as Birdman was rewarded with numerous nominations and awards.
